Perhaps you need to re think the way you speak to people. Change the way you explain yourself, use different words. Try using direct examples, or even drawing what you are trying to explain.
As for being easily irritated, try taking a deep breath before responding when you get that agitated feeling. Sounds like everything you've heard before, but it works. It gives you a few seconds to think about what you were going to say, and how you should change your wording or angry tone. It allows you to practice patience. Keep your cool, and don't raise your voice. Having control over the way in which you interact with people is crucial to any social life whatsoever. You can't be all out of control, saying whatever you what all the time. Sooner or later you'll be pulling your foot out of your mouth...
Good Luck!

People (Especially men) listen differently and we have to explain or answer in different ways second time around use different words. It is an anger issue if you throw a real tantrum instead of just looking at the person and thinking God they are thick!

Many reasons can cause this to happen. Don't be too hard on your self. It doesn't really matter if others don't agree or get your point. What matters is that you feel good about yourself. See a good counsellor and explore your feelings. It helps to talk to someone you can trust and you can confide in. Also anxiety can cause these feelings and there are good meds available. Talk to your Doctor.

I have a friend that asks the same question many times on our outings. It has become a game to give her difference answers to the same question and wait to see if she notices. Then when she does, I ask why she keeps repeating herself. Laugh about it, it makes life easier.

Ur probably just frustrated and feel that someone isnt listening to you properly enough, therefore triggering reactions in you.Perhaps someone in ur past never listened and thats what triggers it off now?

You don't mention what it is that these people are asking you. Maybe they are concerned about you and are showing you that they care. Smile.
