Is it worth seeing?

I am a firefighter and I liked the movie. I dont really like movies that portray fires the way that they do, but for a fiction movie it is good. Just remember!!! In a real fire, IT IS PITCH BLACK AND YOU CANT SEE ANYTHING IN THE ROOM!! Live safe, watch the movie, and enjoy!

Ladder 49 is a drama about how Jack Morrison goes from being an inexperienced rookie to a true fireman. He tries to be a good fireman but it often makes him put his wife and family second. When he gets trapped in a fire he begins to re-evaluate his life and what is important. It can get a bit slow at times but, it is a very good movie and guaranteed to make you cry. I think it is worth watching. Make sure you have tissue ready. Enjoy.

I thought it was a good movie esp. if you want a tear jerker and if you know any firefighters because it brings out the reality of those who fight fires.
