I would say probably, but without asking them directly, there is really no way to know.
Then again, knowing Austin's persona, I bet he dislikes HHH because HHH married into the McMental family, which means as long as he stays in the business, he's going to be the main event.
What better way to make sure you're on top for your whole career than get the bosses daughter knocked up..?
