I work in a supermarket. I get along well with the store manager which is surprising as most people don't. He's an ex-boxer who can be quite rude at times but I have taken pains to get along with him as I aim to move upwards in the hierarchy. He needs a housecleaner and would prefer someone he knows. Would you clean your boss's house? I have been planning to do this work as an extra source of income anyway. The potential for cries of favouritism or whatever don't worry me at all.
Thanks for your opinion.

Oh, this is very risly. What if he accuses you of stealing something? What if he decides not to pay you after you've cleaned? What if he comes on to you? Because he is your boss, he has a lot of power over you. Don't take a chance. There are plenty of jobs in the cleaning business that don't involve your present boss.

If he pays well and you work well with him I don't see why not. Personally, I would do it if I needed the extra money. Make sure though that matters don't get out of hand on both ends. Good Day.
