I am writing a story.I need a very cool, very different job for one of my characters, it needs to be like really good, and big, but I don't want him to be a doctor or a lawyer.Or a scientist, because thats what his son is.But like something that is a good job thanks!

Hmmm, u could try something like an author, or maybe a screenwriter, or he could own something interesting, like...I don't know, an amusment park or a resort. If you want something more small scale he could own a restraunt or be a chief or something...can't think of anything else off the top of my head. Hope those help a bit...

What about a newspaper or magazine editor, senator, or a hot shot movie director? Or the owner of a really grand hotel chain. Or for a twist on a doctor, have him be the kind of doctor who does humanitarian work in other countries. Psychologist... manager of a famous sports team.... painter... new judge on American Idol...brain surgeon... banker... US ambassador... the list goes on!! Hope this helps or at least sparks an idea!
