well unless you do youtube you really can't do it.
but go to nbc.com if your show if on that staion. it gives you full lenth episodes.
i suggest going to itunes and buying the show you want or go to best buy and buy tivo. Tivo records your shows and you can transfer it into your tv and computer. When you continue using tivo it even gets used to the types of shows you watch and starts recording it for you.

I found that CBS.com and NBC.com let you watch full episodes from certain shows. I just watch 9 episodes of CSI
