Try any major department store. They always carry blouses like that. Check out Nordstrom, JC Penny, Neiman Marcus, Macys, etc. Or you could always try Wet Seal, they have shirts like that one.

That's cute, but you can probably go around online and find something reallly close at stores like gap, ae, and other stores that keep up with trends.

wow keanu looks really weird in that pic, like a depressed caveman...lol anywa bout the shirt, any upper-end department store like nordstroms or lord and taylor or carson pierie scott should have it in their misses or juniors dept. in the fancier dress section
