Establishing Travel and Eco-Tour business

I am on the process of conceptualizing business on travel and ecological tour in the countryside of the Philippines, down south of the country. The business will support local tourist area develop by farmers or municapalities. But not only tours but also to promote local products produced in the community. Now, my question, what is the appropriate entity that I have to register, company or corporation as I am not the only who owns the said business. I appreciate if anyone can give a background on how to put up a business that involved tours and to whom shall I can undergo training on travel and tours business. Thank you.

you can set-up a corporation since as you have said, you have partners. you can visit the website of SEC and get a business name and process all the necessary docs requirements.

since, you also want some training on the business, you can also visit the dept of tourism website and inquire on trainings and seminars that they conduct. good luck!
