what would be your sollution to the pollution on the earths oceans by the countries of the world?

I would reward researchers to find ways to produce "household atomic energy", some small appliance no bigger than our refrigerator which produced "atomic energy".

Such energy would NEVER pollute the atmosphere. BUT finding a place to place the atomic waste would be the next problem.

At present the splitting of WATER into its 2 componets, e.g Hydrogen and Oxygen is a wonderfully clean souce of power. Hydrogen can be used to create electicity which is 100 % efficient and the Oxygen is not a pollutent either.

Where I live they are erecting 100's of WINDMILLS which will heat and light our city with NO PULLUTION whatsover.


And the cheapest and best source of power WITHOUT pollution is THERMAL POWER.

Near Edinburgh Castle there is a sloping driveway which used to freeze up and was dangerous to use in winter. They put pipes 5 feet dopwn and circulated water through them. Since the temperature underground NEVER freezes this kept the driveway clear of ice and it didnt pollute or COST A CENT>

Effluents which are in liquid or semi liquid form must be properly treated before discharge to the ocean. The effluents include discharge from industrial plants and biological waste from cities.

Well, that is a good question.Maybe they should make it a law to recycle, and do things that will protect our environment. Be more strict on companies that our polluting our air and waters etc... What would you suggest?
