What happen to our free America did our government give it away and the citizens unknowing allowed it. This is not my America, my America was free now we are trapped like rats.

Couldn't agree with you more. I could have sworn that we went to war with England, hosted the Boston Tea Party, and fought for our independence because Americans were SICK of high taxes, big brother Britain, and not having the FREEDOM to live our own lives our own way. Disgusting to me to see that after a mere 230 years Americans are actually ANXIOUS to pay higher taxes and give up their freedom of choice in exchange for social security, welfare, unemployment, and the promise of universal health care! Our forefathers must be rolling over in their monuments!

As you can see by other answers,liberals just don't get it.They don't even know the the war of 1812 was the beginning for them.It was the beginning of a push to pass thee 16th amendment ,and that led to FDR, and it was all down hill from there.

Freedom wise you are not trapped, you can do and go where you please. As to America acting like a evil self-serving Empire, much like the British used too maybe yes maybe no.
