The great thing about piano is that every finger can make a note at any given time. Conversely, on instruments like a guitar, two fingers are needed to make one note (one to hold the proper fret and one to pluck the string).
So the best music to play on piano is any music that takes advantage of this inherent versatility. Namely, music with complex melodies over interesting bass lines.
A lot of classical music meets this criteria. Ragtime music is another great choice. Some rags even have classical influence which adds to the fun.
Any large music or piano store carries sheet music for piano; everything from Elton John to the classical composers. You can also get copies of good sheet music from music teachers, other musicians or you can buy it on-line.

anything beehtoven! I absoloutley love playing him. This is a really cool site to get free sheet music. Some of his scores are complex but easy to pick up, I found them fun and very nice to listen too
