Im not trying to be sick... but yes it is very okay. And to most people feels better when u are on ur period because your body is more sensitive! however i do warn you for some people it hurts. But its perfectly okay to do it!

honey thats a wonderfull thing to do . this will help with cramps and just make you feel better you should be doing this most every day the more times you *** the more easily it will ***
