At the World Economic Forum in Davos, Rupert Murdoch is on film saying he did what he could to build support for the Iraq war.

What happened to their "Fair and Balanced" slogan, and the claim of it's viewers that it's objective?

I didn't get this info from the "liberal" press. I watched the film.

Never, because as far as the lemmings who are the devout viewers go, they are fair and balanced. There is no stinking propaganda. Even when you provide proof, I saw the film and read the transcript, you are a liar in their eyes.
They're by very name is a lie, they do not provide they provide punditry and propaganda.
Don't waste your time and effort, they will never change their minds. Keep the faith knowing that you heard it for yourself that Faux News is just that, Faux news

Well, that's the smoking gun. It's Fox's intent to brainwash its viewers. And I don't think the viewers much care, in response to your question.

So much for "fair and balanced".

"Murdoch Confesses To Propaganda On Iraq"

"Murdoch was asked if News Corp. had managed to shape the agenda on the war in Iraq. His answer?

“No, I don't think so. We tried.” Asked by Rose for further comment, he said: “We basically supported the Bush policy in the Middle East…but we have been very critical of his execution.”

Let me repeat this: “We Tried!”"

"Where is the outrage? Where are the calls to disband this mammoth and unlawful propaganda machine? Murdoch, who was made an American citizen by an act of Congress because, otherwise, he could not own an American television network, should have his citizenship revoked and be deported back to Australia. Think of the precedent this sets for any other wealthy and ambitious ideologue that seeks to manipulate public opinion. There are plenty of wealthy and ambitious ideologues in the Middle East and elsewhere who may view Murdoch as a role model."

Link? Don't expect anyone to believe something just because you say so. Murdoch is CEO of Newscorp. He doesn't run the various divisions. You will see significant differences in editorial policy between Fox News & Sky News.

All broadcasters are free to carry whatever commentary they choose. I will never understand why liberals have such a hard time grasping the difference between news and commentary. I defy you to cite a single instance of a bias in an actual news story on Fox News.

Building support for the war and propaganda are too different things in my book. Actually I haven't seen a time that Fox has reported for the war, they just haven't been against it as with CNN. Anyway I will watch what I want to.

They will never admit it. I personally watch FOX News sometimes, just for its entertainment value. It's fun to listen in and poke fun at the talking heads that take themselves and their vitriol way too seriously. Alternative new sources are better.

So, whens the "confession" coming from CNN, NBC, CBS, and the rest of the liberal media that they have acted against the interests of the soldiers and the war?
