I need help with finding the name of a "tango-based" song sung by an R&B woman or girl group?

I need help finding out the name of a song and the person or group that sings it. It is sung by a woman (or women). The music in the song is the tango but lyrics have been added. The song was popular for a little while in 2000-2001. The woman/women singing it sounded like an R&B group. If anyone can help me name that tune, I would be grateful.
