No...sometimes a team wins with just dumb luck even when the other played 100 times better. Some times a team wins with a bad attitude and doesn't deserve...blah blah blah. Football is unpredicatble. Whichever team wins...the fans from each side will tell u different....so ehh not really.

I think that is just depends on the heart the teams have and how much they try. Sometimes the better team gets kauky and thinks they can beat the other team because they are better but the other team can come and totally kick their butts. I had this happen to me.

No.
Luck is involved - that is why the domestic champion is normally decided after every team has usually played every other team twice. Over a season things tend to balance out.

Competitions that involve sudden death match are not as good predictors of the which is the better team - there is too much luck involved.

Well, its not always the best team. Sometimes the team is not as good as the opposing team and gets lucky by scoring a Penalty kick or somebody from the opposing team scores an own goal...stuff like that.

football is mostly luck, you NEVER know what will happen

i disagree, because in some games the best team just can't hit it in but they i always on the attack. it take a little bit of luck for the opposite team.

No it's not always. The one who works hard is the winner.
eg. Yesterday Bolton Wanders were able to draw a match with Arsenal.

70% of the time, but their are situations where the underdogs can be awsome. Look at the 2002 World Cup game of USA vs. Portugal, or the 1950 game of USA vs. England.
