If you just want a cheap go phone then you can get one at a retail store. The C139 is no more than 20 bucks just about anywhere you can get a GoPhone.

examine the phone perhaps its used or refurbished.. because i understand Amazon sells used and refurbished stuff.. Its like that the following in NYC too.. phones from outside sellers supplies more beneficial advantageous deals than the sellers interior Cingular. yet PLS study heavily..

yeah, cingular.com. when i got a gophone, it was the cheapest place i could find. but that was when no one had them. now walmart has them for like 30 bucks.
