No such thing, You probably need maintenance, Clean out every thing you don't need and then defrag.

maybe your computer is very slow try to rightclick my compuer and if its celeron or pentium 2 it is really slow but if its high maybe your compuer is infected by a virus or your copy of windows is fake and windows detect it

never heard of one, try stopping some programs from running that you dont need, and use system tools once in a while.

Delete programs that you don't use...pic you don't need.. don't run alot of stuff at the same time.

I really dont think so because you shouldn't force your computers limits. It could crash.
