The whole idea/concept/persona that is Beyonce makes no sense - as far as I can judge she is commercialism gone mad she is probably a nice person but the idea that she has some kind of musical force is ridiculous. She has been marketed to death yet neither her singing, dancing or her acting is anything more than ordinary. I honestly cannot see how or why this person gets the credit she does - all she has to do, it seems, is shake her fat behind and she is being nominated for Oscars or Grammies or whatever, probably Nobel peace prize next!

Beyonce's lyrics to what? Are you referring to any song in particular or are all the lyrics to her songs? I think that her songs are good and they make sense to me

You can't listen to pop music for it's lyrics. Very few pop songs have lyrics that actually make sense or mean anything.

I agree that her lyrics are not as poetic as others and sometimes are very random, but I think her strategy is to use her voice and appearance to overrule that like Captain Nemo said

Don't be jealous because you can't have her. JUST KIDDING!! Lol!! Actually, I agree. Often her songs seem to be random lyrics put together and it works because her voice is powerful, the beats are ususally decent, and she's beautiful.

haha. well, yes i do kind of agree. they are very random and unusual, but her voice is so amazing i think people overlook the random words of her lyrics.
