To my knowledge, these banks accept CIRRUS cards:
Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
Banco de Oro (BDO)
Equitable PCI Bank (Equitable)
Metropolitan Bank (Metro Bank)
These banks are the top banks of the Philippines.

most of the top 10 banks are linked with Cirrus, Maestro and Visa Plus. like Bank of the Phil Islands, Equitable PCI Bank, Metrobank, Citibank and many others
