She meets with her mother , says her peace, comes back to life and learns her mother has died.

They won't kill Meredith because she's the main character. Meredith has a life to live that she worked too hard to put together. Since Meredith is unconscious, Denny & the other guy will show her how her life was and the way it is now. Meredith will choose to live.

She dies and gets to walk around the hospital as a ghost and gets to see McDreamy move on w/Izzie. LOL. Seriously, I don't know. I don't watch the show, but I'm betting they're not gonna kill her off the show, so I guess you're have to be patient and wait till next week.

NO, and I missed Thursday's show. We can't watch re-runs on ABC from Canada (the #*$&#'s) so I guess I'll never know what I missed.
The previews say something about "devestating conclusion" so I don't like the sound of that.
