Even though I'm a huge Undertaker fan, I would admit that The American Bad *** wasn't really a Bad ***. The Bad *** lost to many younger stars, wansn't tough enough, or maybe I can just say, The Bad *** wansn't Undertaker quality at all.
So to answer you're question, 'The Hybrid' Undertaker(the one today) will win, cause he's much more powerful, more demented, and is what The Undertaker is all about.

Both had roles to play and played them well. The American B.A. Undertaker was a jobber, who worked to put up and comers over the top. John Cena would not exist without help from this version of Taker. The return to Deadman is for several reasons, but mostly because that's how he wants to be remembered when he retires.

The Undertaker of today will definitely win, but I like the American Bad@$$ a lot more. Plus I always associate it with The Brothers of Destruction. (Next to the Hardyz, my favorite tag team.)
The Deadman routine gets kinda stale sometimes.

the one today is the original newb, thats all I have to say, plus there the same person so what would be the difference? All that was different was the finisher.
