There are many sarcastic answers on here.
The average erect penis for an adult guy is about 5.9 inches. At 13, some boys have not even started puberty yet, so they're under 4 inches erect. Anything between 4 and 8 inches erect for an adult is fine. Don't worry about your size; you're still not done growing; and if your partner is so shallow that she's so worried about size, that should tell you something about her.
