I love Judge Judy. This is one judge with common sense. That Florida court judge, Bahamas judge and everyone involved in the Nicole Smith Case should watch her at Larry King Show.
What if, and again I say, what if Howard Stern had murdered Daniel and Nicole, it would be very cruel for the Florida judge and the Bahamas government allow Howard Stern to hold the baby hostage to his game play. The baby's interest should take priority right away. Rationally, the DNA should be immediately demanded and the rightful biological father should take immediate charge of her.

Who cares! Why is this country so obsessed with people like this. She was a slutty self-obsessed, spoiled little b***h with no moral values. I only feel sorry for her kid who will grow up without her real mother.

my guess is an overdose. because she has all this depression, i say that she took an overdose of some of her prescribed meds.

people are not completly sure what did i have heard many things such as, she oded, she chocked on her own vomit and that she had something like a heart attack but i'm not sure keep watching the news or look it up to see hope this helps!

I think she O.D. but not on purpose...she was prob. really depressed and took a bunch of pills or something and ended up accidently killing herself.
