Open the jaws of the chuck up all the way.
Inside the jaws, at the bottom of the chuck, is a screw... usually its an allen head (hex key), but ive seen some that had a phillips head. This screw is usually COUNTER threaded. So, where you would normally turn the screw to the right to tighten it, it will loosen. Undo this screw, and the chuck will come off of the screwgun. Replace the chuck with one of your choice... a little "loctite" on the thread of that screw wouldnt hurt, and tighten it up.

Its really pretty simple, once you realize that screw is inside the chuck, heheh.

Have Fun

READ THE DIRECTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU HAVE TO BE A MAN TO THROW THE DIRECTIONS FOR SOMETHING AWAY, BUT YOU HAVE TO BE A WOMAN TO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A TOOL LIKE THIS.

THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A MINUTE.
