I think it's Claire's adoptive mom.

Either her, or it will be Suresh....only because Siler is now following him around. Suresh will probably figure out the truth about him, and Siler will kill him.
I agree with die_laffi~ it is probably going to be someone like Simone. Nathan's wife has not been there since the beginning episode. Micah has been there since the first episode though, so it really could be him as well.

Nathan isn't going to...he will take a bigger role now that he is Claire's dad.....
Peter can't die--he is too crucial to the story...
Matt (the cop) was not there from the 1st episode....ditto for DL & Mikah...
Sylar needs to be there for continuity...Suresh too...
It will be someone WITHOUT powers, I think.
Like Zach.......or Nathan's wife, or Isaac/Peter's GF.

i don't think claires adoptive mom is going to die, but yeah she is going insane. I do think it is Jessica that is going to be killed off because you saw nikki and jess as two different people, she isn't trapped int he mirror anymore.

I think Claire's adopted mom is too obvious.I think its Nicki's alter
ego Jessica who is going to be killed off.Then Nicki can return to
normal.
