No-the documentaries are very interesting. The programme 'The Truth About Food' is extremely helpful and life changing. Of course programmes like Eastenders and Big brother should be scrapped as they are awful and sick.

No. Television, though used as a portal for mind-numbing garbage, is also a useful tool for edification, using both visual and aural stimulii.

I tell my friend he watches too much and he get defensive about , a sure sign. also if its the first thing they do on day off is sit in front of the tube.

Depends what you watch - makes mine happy because I don't watch any news/sport, just decent dramas & comedy.
