No. We had a group of nurses come and try to do our job with us on the wards. They were hopeless. Their training was just not up to match ours, and we were taking responsibility for their mistakes.Patients complained and in the end they stopped being empoyed.....bu we said nothing. Too afraid of being called rascist. Luckily the patients (who were the rich private types) did not stand for it and ccomplined bitterly.
