i am pregnant with my 4th child and my breasts are starting to sag badly. i was wondering if anyone knew how long i should wait after the baby is born to have my breasts enlarged? i have thought very hard and for a long time about having this done and i am now ready to do so. thanks.

It depends on if you are breast feeding and how long it takes for your milk to dry up. I have breast implants and would advise you to have someone who can take care of the baby for a couple of days while you are healing. For the first couple of days you will not feel like doing anything but resting. It is very painful, but the outcome will be worth it.
