I really think you should name him something that's not ultra popular. I really like the name Evan, and Zane. Levin is a great name too! :) I tried to find names I really liked that were not in the top 100 baby names of the year. You can find those on any pregnancy site. Good luck! I am sure you will pick something awesome!

If there's not a name that you're totally in love with or have your heart set on, think about important men in your life. Maybe you would like to name him after someone like a father, brother, close relative? When chosing a name, I think it's important to bear in mind how it will affect the child later in life and remember that some names sound really cute for little kids, but eventually that little one will be an adult and he'll have to live with whatever name you give him.

I'd say drift away from trends because the names may seem new to us, but when the kid is in school and growing up there are going to be soo many people with the same name. Kind of like how "matt" was for me. There were so many in my school they all had to put their last initial on when people referred to them.
Classic names are really good to play around with. I like the name "Gene" but not "Jean"...try playing with the spellings, but do not go too crazy because then it's just weird and people will constantly mispronounce it.

My advice to you, is choose a name you really love, and make sure it's a NICE name. My friends brother's name is Maurice Hortin Frank. Not including his last name. Would you want your kid growing up with something like that? Take my advice, have name in mind, make sure at least 10 other people like it, not including your husband/ boyfriend, because your husband may like it too, but really it's ridiculous. Maurice Hortin Frank! I'll never know what the parents were thinking.

I love the name Ethan Daniel! I don't know if you like it or not. But when you name your kid, you should be passionate about the name. Make sure you like it long before you have the kid and then when you do have one, if you still love the name then def. name him that. You don't wanna be 10 years down the road thinking "Why in the world did I name him that?!?!" Good luck finding one you're passionate about!
