when i am conversing with someone, generally chilling out or in a peaceful atmosphere, i tend to end up having a recurring lucid vision in which i see a favourite place of mine and it sounds like someone else is talking to me. it sounds nuts but it seems to be a regular occurance. don't worry i'm not a stoner or anything. is it a brain chemical issue or something???

you didnt say if its something that happned already. or what kind of feelings you have for the person who talks to you in the vision.

parts of you're brain may be over stimulated.
if you drink coffie trie to lessen your intake and see what happens.
and not to jump to any conclusion but it might be best to have a detailed brain scan. as that is one of the symptoms of bipolar sindrome.

it could just be stray neurons firing. i get a sense of deja vu a lot which is supposedly misfiring neurons. who knows. the brain is a strange thing. as long as the voice isnt tell you to burn things or kill people, id say youre ok
