They're really good with lots of gravy. My favorite though are fried mashed potatoes on fried garlic butter toast.

Yes, I do. But I think I have only had mashed potatoes on my hotdogs. Sounds wierd, but I'm willing to try most anything once. I love it!

Home fried taters are better (coupled with fried green peppers....on an Italian bun...not wonderbread!!!) I like regular potato chips inside certain types of sandwiches too.
(We don't have chips with sandwiches here in Canada...that was an interesting discovery on our bus ride down to Tennessee last year.)

I have not tried that one ,I have been known to make potato salad sandwiches with melted cheese to hold the bread to the potato salad.

Yes with home made whipped potatoes & 1 slice white & 1 slice wheat bread. Don't forget the butter.
