What was in the box that he didn't open? I know there was supposed to be a part in the dvd version of the film that told us, but I could never find it. Does anyone know?

The movie never tells us what's inside, but you can still think about the significance of the last package.
When he opens up the other packages, that's when he loses hope of getting off the island, but when he leaves that last one sealed, it meant that he still expected to leave the island and deliver the package.
