You will not pass out from the panic attack. What is it that makes you panic? What are you angry about? These attacks are most likely stemming from anger or condemnation your are heaping upon yourself. That doesn't make them any less real, but just realize, the feelings of panic alone cannot harm you. Breathe slowly. Go to a peaceful place in your mind. Tell yourself these feelings are coming from a place of fear. Short of bodily harm, you have nothing to fear from fear, "but fear itself." I hope you will soon overcome this self defeating behaviour, and determine that you will set yourself free. The next time an attack begins, say to it. "Come ahead; bring it on." Don't run from it; go ahead and experience it. You will find, in less that five minutes, that you did not pass out or die, and you will become stronger each time you face the rotten little monster head on.

Focus on your breathing: take a slow, deep breath, all the way down to your gut. Hold it for a few seconds, and then slowly release it. Wait a few more seconds, and repeat. You have to make sure your body gets all the oxygen it needs. You won't pass out if you breathe properly.
