From my experience, http://thepiratebay.org, because it gives a detailed description of most of its torrents, and there are usually many user comments so that you know its a good torrent.
If you have the Mozilla firefox browser, there is an extension you can download from https://addons.mozilla.org/search.php?q=torrent&type=E&app=firefox made specifically for torrent searches. It allows you to search from 29 different torrent sites that are easily accessible from a dropdown menu, and there are many other functions also :D

It is illegal to download copyrighted torrents and you can get into trouble. My partner and i recommend employing a VPN service whenever accessing torrents. I am using http://www.vpnmaster.org theyallow torrents on the European VPN servers.
