I'm 19 years old and I have a girlfriend which is my first sexual partner. After the first time of ejaculation, I have another erection. But this time, while it's erected and we're having intercourse, it goes soft in her. What does this mean, and why is it so hard to get it back up again? It is very fustration and depressing

You need a recovery time, so I would wait at least a half-hour before doing a double-header

It just means that you can wait longer to do it again. Contrary to common believe intercourse was made for procreation, not as an orgasm manufacture. If u were to take the time to learn more about it you would vertainly find the experience beyond divine, not just orgasmic.

That is so common. Most guys can only come once and they still are hard for a while. It happens all the time with my bf. He can only come once. As long as you are satisfying her the first time around, why worry? Sex isn't about quantity but quality!

Its common man!
The body needs a while to recouprerate between ejaculations. It may come up again quickly but often subsides . Just give her lots of stimulation and pleasure while you wait for your self to return to full power.

You have to have a refractory period. That means you have to wait a little longer after intercourse before putting it back in. Unlike women, all men have refractory periods.
