Just avoid the spring break weeks and the crowds are minimal. Otherwise, you can barely move in the magic kingdom. Epcot, MGM and Animal Kingdom should be ok.
The weather is gorgeous then, 80's and clear on average. You might see some thunderstorms, but not likely.
For nightlife, you can hit the touristy areas for clubs such as Pleasure Island in Disney or the bars at Universal. They are really good and cleaner than your usual nightclubs.

Late April might have moderate crowds, but it won't be as bad as the summer or the holiday season. The weather should be nice as well - somewhere between 75 and 85 degrees.
Be sure to visit Disney's Pleasure Island. The Mannequin, Comedy, and Beach Club are my favorites.
The Roxy, located in Downtown Orlando is also a really hot night club. We saw a few celebs there when I visitied.

The crowds in April can be bad because of Spring Break. It's not the best time to go. Some of the night clubs at Disney are at Pleasure Island.

The weather is very nice in late April, it is warm and isn't raining season yet. As long as you come down after Easter Week the crowds aren't bad at all. They do have nightclubs in Downtown Disney and Universal's Citywalk, but they are expensive and more attraction like then clubs. Downtown Orlando on Orange Ave has the best night life by far, they have clubs and bars for whatever atmosphere you are looking for.

As far as the night clubs, remember Disney recently changed their policy, you must be 21 to enter majority of the night clubs in Pleasure Island without an adult.
