As a bisexual woman, I really, truly do enjoy lesbian porn, but NOT the kind produced by men, for men. Ick!
I don't want to see straight women with impossible bodies, fake breasts, and long bleached blonde hair ineptly touching one another without any real passion so that straight men can get off on it. I want to see real dykes screwing, and that means both butches and femmes, different body types, different styles of sex, and real orgasms all around!
Fortunately, of late there have been several all woman, sex-positive companies come out with porn produced by real lesbians, for real lesbians, and that's what I like to watch (even if it is a bit more expensive than your average porn).

I'll let you into a little secret actually. Many straight women enjoy lesbian porn. I have no idea why, I'm sure there are some studies out there somewhere as to the reasoning behind this. I'll have to do a little research and get back to you.

as a female my guess is that lesbian porn is marketed mostly toward men, much like the rest of the porn industry.
Men are visual - women are emotional
You get a hottie on hottie scene going with all action with no romance or emotional play and it's ... hollow... it can still be erotic, but possibly not as engaging as it could be.
Romance, drama, with sex as the icing rather than the 'meat' of the flick and you may find an enthusiastic market.
