The Graco Snugride or the Britax Companion? I'm having a hard time deciding, and money is no object. Safety and comfort are my main concerns.

i would go with britax. graco is really for the more financially troubled... although they are still good. i have heard a few stories of graco's breaking though.

Britax is a better seat, in general. Graco is made for a more budget conscious consumer. Another option would be the BabyTrend Flex Loc. Good luck!

The Graco Snugride is one of the highest safety rated carseats on the market. Check the consumer reports.

Britax has had less recalls than Graco.

Britax are safer because they are made for European standards and Europeans are crazy drivers so they have to have stricter standards.
