How do you find the URL to a picture
Or is there a website or a link that can tell me how to get it

If you want to find where a image is hosted you need to click in the image with the right button of your mouse and then go to properties.

If you have the title of the image...try doing a Google image search (www.google.com/images)...also, if you can look at the source code of the web-page (in Firefox browser...press Ctrl+U ie Page Source option under View menu)...you might get the link the image.
