If you are incurring charges for them, you better bet it is illegal. Depending upon the amount of mischief you cause, they might just trace it back to your server and to you. If you have been wanting some new industrial style jewelry, just keep on doing it.

It is illegal to assume any ones identity whether it is to a paid website or not. You should know better!

If the party found out, you could get caught and in trouble. They could have logged your IP address which they could trace down through something like Where Is and then find out the ISP which would be your ISP and report it to your ISP who would then probably terminate your connection.

Well, I think that if the person authorized you to do that you wouldn't be in a big trouble only if you are using someone's else account to do something which you didn't received any authorization to do.

good luck

Nope, there is no way for them to trace it back to you. I mean, I guess if they really really wanted to they could find out the server the request for the login came from, but no one would take the time to do that.

Check the policies of the web-site you are logging in....methinks its not illegal BUT its definitely ethically wrong! Decide for your self!

Don't use your own Internet connecion, use a proxy server (anonymouse.org, stealthclick.com) and spoof your computer's MAC address (just google it). UNTRACEABLE.
