I defeated 6 legends and the last one was Kyogre, what do I do after? I have done rescue after rescue and nothing happens what can i do now???

Buy Friend areas... and rebeat 3 Bird Pokemon so they may end up joining your team and start a storyline... Hint, Hint.
Oh and also travel through all of the different and new dungeons there is Surf you need on the 20 Floor of Sol.. C.... and you need a water type Pokemon to get it...

If you've recruited the pokemon of rainbows at Mt. Faraway, you'll find the chance to recruit a "mystery pokemon" in the Western Cave... After recruiting the sea guardian at the dungeon Silver Trench, you'll find able to beat a pokemon of Space.
The 3 "small, cute yet deadlies" can be found in three 99-floor dungeons: Buried Relic, Purity Forest, and Wish Cave (1 in each)
After defeating one Eon Pokemon and rescuing another, they'll ask to join you as well, but to start that storyline you must have Southern Island and HM surf.
