Why is Lana Lang as skinny as ever? Since she's pregnant, shouldn't her belly be starting to grow already? She's got to be at least half way through the pregnancy according to my calculations. Has anyone else noticed this? And don't you think they should be addressing it in the show? I mean, she's not showing at all!

First....there is something suspicious about her pregnancy. Her doctor and Lex are both in on it. It hinted at it, 1 or 2 episodes ago. But we'll have to see what comes out of it.
Possibly, Lex impregnated her with something connected to the meteor rocks.
I honestly don't think she is going to deliver the baby. I believe she's going to have a miscarriage.

I don't think you guys understand her question. The actress isn't pregnant in real life. Her character is pregnant in the show. It was already used as a plot twist.
