You are not a ghost. In the spiritual reality they exist, but you are a physical being in the physical world, not a ghost

Well.....your typing for one. I can imagine that would be hard for a ghost to do.
Your also comtemplating whether or not your a ghost, ghosts probably could care less. They just want to eat people and whatnot. =D

Most ghosts can not maintain corporeal form long enough to type a complete question.
If you still aren't sure, you should see a doctor.
