i have had it done by other girls and i love it but this one is kind of not keen on sex period so how do i warm her up to this

Just be honest with her. Talk to her, ask her somethings she likes. Let her know what you like.It is always a good thing to be open and honest about things. Who know's, she might surprise you and do you. Lol
