Don't use blush and ask for a haircut that better frames your face (a stylist would know).

what you want to do is draw less attention to the center or lower part of your cheeks, so try to use a subtle color; pink or soft red; on the top part of your cheeks. i forget what that place is called, but its almost right under your eyes. if that doesn't work, you could try a different hair style. i have chubby cheeks too, so i got longer bangs and wear them down on the side of my face, so the attention isn't focused on my cheeks, but on my hair. it'll work for you, too! : )

don't wear dark blush for one. and if you do wear blush - just a touch behind your cheek bone - not ON your cheek
I've had chubby cheeks all my life - you learn to appreaiate it because people always think they are cute.

TAKE POWDERED BRONZER.....WITH A ROUND MAKE UP BRUSH...APPLY DOWNWARD MOTION ONLY FROM TEMPLES TO UNDER CHEEK BONES!

THAT WILL CREATE A SHOWDER EFFECT......... ......TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE U HAVE HIGH CHEEK BONES! THEN ADD BLUSH ON THE CHEEK BONES........NOT THE WHOLE CHEEK!

AND U GOT AMAZING BONE STRUCTURE!!!!!!
