yes. it is 100% legal cause you pay

personally it is better than itunes but doesnt work on ipods. (that sucks)

its legal and you start off with a 14 day trial and then just to listen to music is 10 bucks and to listen and transfer the music to a mp3 player is 15 bucks a month
