I don't profess to be an expert on the subject, but I do have an RC boat I've been holding onto for like twenty years now. Some old guy gave it to me, said it was his sons & that he had also lugged it around for years!! LOL. So of course, I had to throw a couple hundred bucks at it at the time. New transmitter, serevos,etc. On it's maiden voyage, it dropped the rudder & luckily was running in an enclosed pond at the time. That was one of few times I ran It. Took it to the local hobby shop awhile back to donate to an avid RC BOATER..owner said he knew of none!! So you must be a rare breed ...indeed. LOL. Anyway, I''ll help if I can. Woody.
