Church of the Nazarene does not allow its women to cut their hair or to wear dresses.
Many conservative Christian churches insist on women wearing dresses, but I don't know that they say they can't trim their hair (though it is kept long): Mennonites, Amish, some Assembly of God churches .

Pentocostal, That is the predominant one, however the Amish also follow this per biblical sources.
