As Good as It Gets is a 1997 film which tells the story of an obsessive-compulsive, cantankerous, racist, homophobic writer named Melvin Udall (Jack Nicholson) who, because of his anxiety disorder, lives in a world that has shrunk to about the size of his apartment and the books he authors.

I AM Sam: Sean Penn I believe the character was labeled MR
Finding Nemo: Holy cow.. His dad has an anxiety disorder
Dori has short term memory
Nemo has a deformed fin
there are more that I thought of when i was watching this film, i just can't remember right now.
Forest Gump: Tom Hanks Processing disorder (slow to understand)
Radio: was he autistic or MR? (or both)
Rain Man Dustin Hoffman Autistic
The Doll house murders---The daughter who sees the dolls reinacting the murder is mentally handicapped.
The Ringer: not a great movie, but a "normal" person tries to win the special olympics, acts as if he has a disability. Many of the extras in this movie really did have mental handicaps. (There was a lot of controversy over this film)
Hand that Rocks that cradle: The woman who was trying to take over the family was probably schizophrenic and the man who worked as a "handy man" was mentally handicapped as well.
Any movie affiliated with Stephen KIng characters or any "murderer" has to be have mental issues. That is not a normal response to solve any problem. Something has to snap in a person to do such violent acts.

I could think of a few.
There is Identity, with John Cusack where the main character has multiple personalities. The movie Sybil is also about a character with multiple personalities.
Girl Interrupted with Winona Ryder. Shows several disorders since it takes place in a mental hospital.
There are alot of issues in What's Eating Gilbert Grape.
As Good As It Gets, the main character is obsessive compulsive.

Fatal Attraction - Alex Forrest played by Glenn Close is a borderline personality disorder.
Cruel Intentions - Kathryn Mertreuil is a textbook case of borderline personality
Original Sin - Angelina Jolie, which she does an amazing job simply because she herself [Jolie] has a love/hate dynamic.

The movie is Sybil with Sally Fields and Joann Woodward. Sally Fields plays Sybil, a woman who was the victim of horrible child abuse who developed multiple personality disorder. Very haunting movie and I think it was based on a true story....

for some old ones, try Sybill (with Sally Field brilliantly playing the title character) or The Three Faces of Eve (i think Joanne Woodward got an oscar for her performance in it) also check out Nuts, Girl Interrupted and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

Hide and seek is exactly what I was thinking of. It's Brittany Murphy who plays the girl and she's a schizo. One of her personalities saw the crime but she doesn't know anything about it, and they have to try to get that personality to tell them what happened, but it's hard to reason with something that isn't really there. So good.

Not sure if this is classed as a mental disorder but there is also Finding Nemo where Dory (i think) has amnesia.
In rain man he was what they used to call "idiot savant". i believe it is a type of autism.
