How do u clean oil spots off concrete and tar?

I wait for a nice warm day and use engine degreaser. You can purchase some at any parts store. Spray on spots, let stand a few minutes and hose off.

kitty litter or concrete cleaner available at Home Depot or Lowes

Gasoline and a push broom. Be extra cautious for smokers though.

use mean green let it soak then pressure wash thats what i use in my shop
